It sounds to me that you are getting voltage drop when you turn it up,,, or a bad noise signal in the system..Try a better constant power supply and earth, if that doesnt work try a noise filter.           PS.. is the problem with the car running or not? or all the time?

I ruled out noise....I have noise filters that came with the unit.......And I get perfectly clear video at lower volumes....Just when I'm cranking the music.....The manual says It draws up to 10amps....And I have it hooked up to the factory wire harness.....Maybe If I go straight to the column?......Also I will probably need to extend the ground over to near the column because there is almost no metal behind the radio that is visible......I'm thinking voltage drop tooo....But is that possible through the factory wiring?

Sorry didn't answer your last question......It is all the time...Also thinking of installing a inline Power filter...but I don't think thats the prob due to clear video ...it's crystal clear even when its twitching at high volumes.....

Just to update everyone who may possibly get this....It WAS the ground.......It makes sense now....My head unit has 2 grounds and a ground for the parking brake wire which "should not be hooked to ground for driving safety reasons" But you know we gotta do it :).....so that makes 3 grounds total not including the hideaway module.....So these 3 grounds going through my thin ground in the factory plug was straining the unit.....So I ran a 16-12 gauge ground Only because I had no other wire cause I am in the process of moving to florida in a few short weeks...but none the less it fixed the problem.....I cranked the unit to its fullest and cranked the bass and the video was flawless....Thanks to all who have helped!!!!!!!
