I have a 98 lexus gs300.Trying to intergrate sub amp, but can not get the high to low converter to work correctly.Does anyone know if the factory radio is already sending the low pass and I can just splice RCA's on to exsisting wires?

Then yes, the signal is probably crossed over inside the head unit and bass frequencies are not being sent to the main speakers.  If you want to add an additional subwoofer, I suggest you take your signal for the LOC off the factory sub terminals.
