hi im looking for a alarm that will notify you of a alarm by phone any sugestions would be greatly appreciated

Directed Electronics ( Viper, Clifford, Sidewinder...) has a new gps add on system for there security systems that let you control the system from a phone and Internet. I dont know a lot about the systems capability, but it would be a place to look. Good Luck!!
