I put in a new sterio in my car about a month ago, and when i did the back two 6x9's quit working becuase of the feedback system,  i just bought new 6x9's to put in the space on the old ones, but im not sure how to wire them becuase of the feedback system becuase they wont work if just i hook them up the to existing wires.  how would i go about wireing them so that they will work

feedback system? Could you explain that one a little. What's the make and model of the headunit?

Well if you have the time.. Rewire the 6x9's from the deck to the head unit. Just one way of doing it.

That's kinda what I was thinking. I've always run new wires from the headunit to all speakers when I put in a new system. I'm just not sure what this feedback system is, or if it's part of the headunit itself.

the feedback system, is some system that came stock in the prelude with the headunit, but when you take out the head unit the front and rear speaker are not soppost to work either.  BUT the front speaker decided to work,  and the back ones didnt,  the feedback sytem had something to due with the way the music sounds,   i really dont know, 

and yea i was thinkin about doing that i was just hoping there would be an easier way, lol

oh it cool, i was probably just planning to wire it anyway,  what kind of wire should i use, what gage wire??

I've seen some people go as large as 16 gauge (but they were running some large amps to the internal speakers). The normal range is uaually 16-20. I'd go with 18 and you'll be fine.
As for what kind, speaker wire is speaker wire. You really won't see (well, hear) any difference with the naked ear.
