Does anyone know how to bypass the driver safety on the IVDM-7002.

i dont know about the blaupunkt models, but on my pioneer avh-6500dvd i just grounded the wire that is supposed to go to the ebrake. you can try it

which of course is illegal.... i sure hope it's not my family that gets killed by some ass who decides he's going to watch a movie as he drives down the highway......

whats the point in having a dvd player in your car then if you arent gonna watch it....duh Blaupunkt bypass - Last Post -- posted image.

mobile video was designed for the enjoyment of rear seat passengers...... we've already had a tragic incident in western Canada here where some dumbass semi driver killed a family of five when he smashed into them because he was watching a movie...and of course he lived cause he's driving a semi....

i'm all for mobile video, but let's keep it safe and sensible.....
