Hello. Ive been lurking around for a while on the forum, learning basic stuff, but now i need help with my next project.
first, i want to install a 10.4" screen in the center console of a pt cruiser, relocating the HU and some controls for the traction and rear wiper. How would i go about making a mold to make the FG piece( i would have to make the console wider and longer to acomodate the new layout)and how would i attach the FG to the plastic console?
also, how would i go about making a ported FG enclosure for a 15"? i would make the main stucture out of MDF, but how would i make the ports? i have a pretty good idea of what i want, just need to know how to start.
go check out my album to see the center console of the pt and my current box.

thanks in advance.

With the console your probably going to have to use plastic filler material to make the console. With the ported sub box you just need to figure out where to put the hole, and you would probably want to use PVC pipe for the hole. Nice interior, looks like a big project.
