Damn, looked at the diagram again. No it wont work like this with your alarm setup unless you attach your alarms door lock outputs to this external relay system as well. You just wont be using your internal relays is all. Attach the door lock outputs from alarm to the specified points on that diagram ALONG WITH the switch outputs.

i think im just going to return the factory door lock relay and use standard relays...
