I have 2 Dr. Crankenstein COMP 18s. (dont read this next paragraph if you already know which subs I am talking about)

These subs are need 700W RMS each at the very least.  The previous amp that was pushing them was a KAC-1023 if you dont know what  amp this is please dont diss it.  its a Kenwood old school amp that pushed out 1200W into one channel and the most powerfull amp kenwod ever made.  HERE IS THE PROBLEM: These subs are single voice coil 8ohm.  THEY NEED A STRONG 4OHM MONO AMP.  These subs will be put in an isobaric box!:)!:)!:)!:)!:)  HAHAHAHA

Lets have some suggestions please.... If you can please email them to:

horacio.lacayo@us.army.mil

or call me direct on my cell after 7pm central

Look into the JL amps, the 1000wrms model puts out 1000wrms at 1.5 to 4 ohm, no matter what the impedance is.   Excellent choice if you ever change your subs, because then you know your amp will perform at its best no matter what.
