Also check the load that you are running. The 351M can only handle a 2 ohm load. If you are connecting to two subwoofers, double check on your speaker wire and make sure you have the correct polarity going to the subwoofers.

If you are getting no sound from your Rockford, and if you connect another amp and you get a protection light, either your speaker load is way too low or your car is not producing enough voltage.  What is your speaker setup?

Your speaker wires may be grounded
