i had one just like it, and then another, and another...........and then i went to pioneer premier

don't get me wrong, i loved my 835, the only problem is every few months it would stop loading cd's, i'd send it back to clarion, they'd send me another and then a few more months and it would start over again--great sound, crap workmanship

i've never had a problem with pioneers, and i've been using them for over 10 years

I agree, Pioneer are alot better, we sell heaps more Pioneer than anything else and get nearly zero problems. I have a 5 year old pioneer in my car and it has never missed a beat, even when going off road. Its a shame really, I would like a new deck.......
