I have a customer that has an 04 chevy express van..is this the same as an 03? if not does it need a door-lock module similar to the new full size pickup? and also..I had a chance to look at the vehicle breifly..under the dash i didnt see and passlock colored wires? and on the dash instrument panel there is NO theft light, though on the sticker it shows that this van had "passlock" as a standard feature.any help is appreciated.thanks.Tom

Its the same as an 04. The passlock II wires you will need are yellow, tan and ORANGE / white (not used). The lock wires are negative trigger at the BCM on the passenger side.
On another note, I think its impossible to remove the dash panel that goes around the instrument cluster without breaking it. You need to bend it past its breaking point in order to remove it. Fortunately, that piece doesn't get removed for a remote start install, only a radio install.
