Start by snapping off the molding around the shift, there are two screws in there to take out to get the little console out., Work your way up until you get the console under the HU out, there are two screws up under there that are faced up into the unit, they are a real pain to get out, but they have to to get the unit out., Now push the two A/C vents at the top of the unit up, in the top, there is one screw in each, remove them and the molding around the HU should pop right off to give you acces to your HU, Good Luck!
