There should be a couple of screws near the door pull or handle. They might be behind small push in covers. Remove the power window/lock switch plate by gently pushing a flat bladed tool forward at the rear side of the plate. The front side of the plate is hooked under the front edge and comes out after the rear clip is released. The rest of the door should be held in by plastic tree retainers and need to be removed through the use of a panel popper tool of or fork tool. The trees need to pulled away from the door with the door panel.
