I prefer to wait between layers for my projects. If you lay down the mat properly and use a de-air roller, you will not get any air bubbles in the project. Take your time to do it right the first time and you will not have to do it again or take extra time to sand down high spots or fill in low spots. Your not on any time schedule or doing this for a customer, so experiment with different things and learn from what you do.

You can tell when to put mat onto the fleece when the fleece is no longer sticky and its hard. I would also sand down the fleece a little so there are no bumps in your project. For the first 2-3 layers of the glass i would wait for the one before to cure, mostly because the heat and weight from the layers can mess with the shape since theres just a thin layer of fleece holding it all up. But after those first couple layers have at it.
dream it, build it, fiberglass it
