In a terrcel the speakers are located under the dash and the tweeters are located on the dash. The person who has the car has a set of MB quart components to go in kickpods so I dont really wanna move them there. I guess I should have mentioned that the sound comes out of the tweeters and not the woofers. However the sound could be out of the frequency range of the woofers so I cant even completly rule that out. Ill tell the customer to replace his spark plug wires and see if that helps. If it doesnt Im gonna set fire to the car. If anyone has any ideas on a different way to fix the problem, or on an inventive way to dispose of the car, im still listening

It's the tweeters in the dash eh?  Then electrical interferrence is definately a possibility.  You may have to run shielded speaker wire and back the tweeter magnets with a piece of MuMetal magnetic shielding material.

It ended up being the frigin wire for the tweeter. I had replaced the wire but didnt change its route. I cant see what is actually interfering with it as it seems to be in a fairly open area but none the less I took out the instrement cluster and rerouted the wire behind there. No more Noise, Im so Happy!!

Cool.  Magnetic induction and RFI.  It's always a big time bitch to find.  Glad you solved the problem!

is the crossover new? I have the problem before where the RCA input on the crossover has a very small crack at/on the main board.  <shrug>

The crossovers Im talking about are passive crossovers on the speaker lines not the RCA lines.
