The wires NC-COM-NC, are for the lock-unlock wires leading to the lock system on my truck. As the picture above show, I should have at rest, and I do, have continuity at the orange and white wires, also the  ORANGE / black and and WHITE/ black wires.

When I push the lock button: it should switch the white from orange to yellow(internal relay) sending 12 volt to to the lock switch (it doesn't), no 12 volts at the white wire. When the lock button is pushed it (does)breaks continuity between the orange and white wires, but does not contact the white to orange, thus no 12 volts at the white wire to activate the locks. This is my problem

When I push the unlock button: the WHITE/ black wire switches from the ORANGE / black(internal relay) to the yellow/black wires sending 12 volt to unlock the doors, and I have no continuity at the ORANGE / black and the WHITE/ black wires. And I have 12 volts at the WHITE/ black wire, because the WHITE/ black wires are in contact with the yellow/black wire sending 12 volt to the lock actuator. unlocking the doors. This side works good.

Also, the remote start doesn't work, I'm thinking the module cannot sense that the alarm is set, thus not allowing the remote start feature to work. I'm not sure on this, just a hunch tho. The alarm feature does work.

I should also mention that the orange  and the ORANGE / black are hooked to ground. The yellow and yellow/black wires are hooked to 12 volt constant.
