You mean it set off the Contents theft alarm ( horn honks when it tries to R.S.), or the Passlock 2 system ( just does not start) ?

this should help if the PL 2 is crashed:

Resetting the Passlock system on a Passlock 1 or 2 vehicle:

1 Turn the Ignition Key from the OFF position to the CRANK position ( the vehicle will not start as it is still locked, it will start and then stall ).

2 Leave the Ignition Key in the ON position.

3 The “Security” light will be flashing.

4 Wait for the “Security” light to turn OFF, ( up to 10 minutes)

5 Turn the Ignition Key from the ON position to the OFF position.

6 Wait approximately 10 seconds.

7 The system is now ready to re-learn the Passlock code, the next time the Ignition Key is turned from the OFF position to the CRANK position.

8 Turn the Ignition Key from the OFF position to the CRANK position, and start the vehicle.

9 The vehicle has now learned the Passlock code.

Note: Make sure the vehicle battery is fully charged before attempting this procedure.
