They are very similar in application, acutally.  My experience says the Eclipse sounds better and lasts longer.  If you need to build a VERY small enclosure, however (like 0.6 CUFT,) the Polk might be a better choice.

It has been a while, I have been busy with my business, Some reorganization and expansion. I have gotten those referrals and pointed them in the right direction. But it feels good to have time to relax and go thru the posts.

If you can power the Orion h2 go with that, and I personally would choose the 9500 just based on my own personal opinion. I think its a nicer sounding sub than the JL and I sure the hell know that when both are in ideal applications the mtx plays louder
