I am getting 2 10" sub with 500watt rms power handling. Should i get a 4ch which is 80x4 amp and bridge it to like 320x2 Or a two channel amp bridged to 1 ch and split the wattage???

it depends if the subs are single coil or dvc and also depends on what kind of ohm load the amps can handle.  specify the type of subs and types of amps so we can give you a better answer
what!?!?! you want some??

another amp suggestion is the jbl bp600.1. can get it retail for about 300 and online for about 200. run the subs in parallel for a 2 ohm load and it will push 300 watts to each sub.

i would try to get a class D amp. No need to have subs in stereo, so a mono amp would be just as good, and class D is more efficient than class A/B. That jbl amp would be a good inexpensive choice.
