Car /w manual locks? Built in Relay?

For older cars with no power locks at all, I'm going to install two actuators (2 door car).

I have seen some alarm manual..  They all show how to use 2 relays to implement the reverse polority.

1) so can I hook up both acutators to the 1 pair of relays?

2) some alarm claim to have built in relays for doors, is that true? (m-3600?).  In this case can I directly hook up those wires to my actuator?

 even the lynx 2000 claim to have built in relays, but the manual shows how to wire it up.

3) does the viper 791 or clfford RSX have built in relays??

   1. yes two relays is all you will need

    2. If the alarm has built in relays, yes you can just follw the wiring diagram

    3. No, the dei alarms are a pos. or neg. output only.. relays are needed for rev.

Well, I read the viper 791, and the polarity of the lock wire will switch based on lock/unlock.

But my question is, can I hook up the actuators to the viper directly.  Does it have enough amps to drive the actuators.

I just want to be clear as I do not understand completely.   I am wiring up a 2 wire actuator, when you reverse the polarity it will do the opposite, the alarm CPU already does can interface with the 2 wire actuator directly I think..   But it seems it only can take 500mA.  

So will the 451M do the sole purpose of adding more current capacity AND keeping the polarity the same?   I do not want to be swapping them.
