The stock 92 Camaro Z28 has 2 4-pin connectors for speakers and a 6 pin for power. On the 6-pinthe pioneer uses the constant 12V+ (which on GMis orange)switched 12V+(GM yellow) and ground (GM black). That leaves a Grey-Illumination,Brown_a Dimmer and pink-an antenna trigger. What do I do with these last 3 wires?I just capped them off.The unit comes on changes stations accepts CDs but NO sound. What did I do wrong?

You may have a remote turn on lead wire that you need to add power  to via the remote turn on lead from the Pioneer.
