I hooked up a proximity sensor in my car today, i put it in the headliner in the middle of the car facing down... Anyways i spent about 2 hours trying to figure it out and it doesnt want to warn. The green light flashes but does not trigger the warn zone. I have a mega 3600 alarm. I hooked up the proximity sensor to the spot where the 2 stage shock sensor goes.  It is in there by itself, with no shock sensor.  The only thing it will do is set off the alarm but does not warn. What should i do? Help!

It has 4 wires. It has black red green and blue. On my shock sensor the wires are in different order then what is on the proximity sensor.  I switched then wires on the sensor to match the ones that were for the shock sensor at the alarm brain... I am not sure what brand the sensor is, i bought it from asianwolf.com a couple weeks ago... Should i have just left the wires alone? but then the wires would match, the triggers and the ground. I believe the power is still at the same side... Thanks
