Just bought this amp.. Does anyone know exactly what the ARC adjustment does on this series of amplifiers?  The manual isn't helpful at all.  Anyone have any experience with how to best set this?

After you set your gain properly, you can use the ARC (Active Resonance Control) to supposedly adjust the amount of resonance in your vehicle.  Its there to help improve the mid-range sound of your speaker  =).

Make sure that you properly adjust your gain before playing with this feature though!

Well, it should make your mids more pronounced, try listening to a CD with a lot of vocals on it while adjusting.  I found that the best for myself, and yes the effect you are looking for is that it just sounds better  =)
