I used dynamate on my truck's cargo area floor and rear door and it did wonders for my sound. Really reduces the rattle that you get from hard hitting subs. I've also used some stuff that I got from home depot thats used for reducing vibration in air conditioning vents.  I used that on the front floor ,lower door panels of my truck, and the rear cargo area(before I laid down dynamate) and that helped out with road noise as well. The stuff cost about $15 for a roll that like 5 feet long.  I think the combination of that stuff plus the dynamate in the rear really help out the performace of my system.

I have researched both products and have to say that the Brown Bread was what I ended up purchasing.  It was a quick and easy install.  Took one afternoon to cover every inch of my interior, doors and cargo area.  I recommend it highly.  Dynomat has a tendency to release a tar smell if you live in high temperature areas (south).  Brown Bread does not.

Good luck with your purchase!
