Its a 97 celica gt. Im using the viper 600hf which has the relays built into the alarm. Sometimes they lock sometimes they dont. All the wires seem to be connected.

Could be that the relays are sticking intermittently. Does the switch inside the vehicle also have the same problems ?

ok, the relays are not sticking, and i noticed that the vehicle locks all the time. it just does not unlock all the time. I used taps to do my wiring. Vehicle is a 97 gt celica. Im hoping is a loose connection. I stand outside of it and hit the alarm button on my remote to arm and disarm it. I can hear the relay locking the door when armed, but not the opposite. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. Im stumped. I did not connect the domelight supervision wires. i kind of  dont like people to see me when I get in the vehicle.

does it allways unlock with the switch?  if not, then the unlock relay (in the vehicle) might be going out.  Try swapping the lock and the unlock relays and see if the problem changes to not locking all the time.

I think it has to do with Toyotas in general, I have a Tacoma and it does it occasionally. I have read about other Toyotas doing it also.
