What is the difference between these two except for the price? Why is the Clifford so much more expensive? From the ppl I talked to they say it is the same thing. Even when I called Directed but there has to be a difference, cant just be the name especially since they are the same company.

I was wondering if I get the remote for the Clifford 3.5, can I use that with the Viper 791XV alarm?

They are exactly the same, as well as the Python 881. The only difference is the look of the remotes.

Same exact feautres? Isn't that silly though just for the remotes. Are the remotes interchangable between the two alarms?

The remotes are interchangable between the 3 alarms.

clifford has the carbon fiber remote, ill go w/ that.... its quite more expensive than viper

I like the blue remote matches my truck. Thats why i went with viper :\

I wanted the RSX 3.5 but I saw that the Viper is so much cheaper. I like the cf remote as well . The number features and aux outputs are the same as well?
