I am debating to not do the starter kill but use it on the fuel pump +12V supply wire instead.

So when the alarm is armed, it will ground the output of the relay.  And the fuel pump won't work (as opposed to the starter won't work)

However take into consideration if the alarm go haywire and ground that output while you are driving, or if you accidently arm the car while it is running (some alarm lets you do this),  I beleive the fuel pump will turn off and make it all dangerous.

So it sound like a bad idea right?

I think I saw a diagram on how to use the "ground when DIS-armed" which it says can be used for ignition or fuel pump kill but I forgot how it's routed or if there will be a similar issue.

I know , heh.

Well, there might be a way to make the relay "latch on" so that if ground is applied additional times it won't disrupt the relay until the ignition is off.  I think I've accidently done that with a relay ones.
