Ive got Sony Xoplod cdx -ca700x 52w x4 headunit cd deck, and I am running P180.2

360-Watt 2-Channel Power Amplifier, To my 6x9s that came with the car I noticed the 6x9s dont pound to good with bass, I am not sure what the wattage is they have huge magnets on them, They look like Pyramid 6908s series, Ive had them hooked up just with the sony deck that I have they sound like crap with the vol up , I though maybe I wiuold hook my JBL amp to them and see if any diff, The vol could go up more, But bass response distored, I thinking of getting some diff 6x9s maybe that will correct the sound

If your 6X9's are Pryamid, that is probably why they sound like crap.  Replace them.  How much do you want to spend?
