Go get a vinyl die and this will remedy the problem. Just make sure that you get one that is clode enough to the color of the current dash or what you do is get enought o re-do the entire interior stain in dashboard - Last Post -- posted image.

I had a stain in my truck before and I tried everything to get it off, and nothing would work.  I found some stuff called Tuff Stuff....its one of those foam cleansers.  It worked awesome for my problem.  It might work for yours.

i wonder if de-greaser would work, but it might work to well and might eat the dash. then you'll be in alot of trouble. you have to be carefull of some of those things

Look on line you might be able to find a dye or a spray that will return you dash to it's original color.  You might look into doing you entire dash just to make sure it is the same color.
