Sup guys.  I have a 2001 Jeep GC with the Clarion VRX 935.  I like the unit, but I need navigation.  Clarion only offers NAVI thru the Autp PC, and I don't like that unit.  My question is, what are you're opionions between these models that offer NAVI as an additional option or come with NAVI:

Pioneer AVIC-N1         Pioneer 7500 and add NAVI          Alpine IVA-D300

I want to keep touchscreen, so please let me know anything about these 3 models, and why the Alpine IVA-D300 is so cheap in price (compared to other Alpine in dash DVD's????)

Pioneer AVIC-N1 hands down!!! Nothing like it on the market and the price can't be beat. I have one and I love it.

I love the Pioneer AVIC-N1, I sell it and people love it. Looks good and is easy to operate, well at least as easy as these things get.

for those of you that have the avic n1, do you find it a pain to swap out the map dvd all the time, i know its memory navigation but that was the thing that convinced me to get the 7500 + Nav

I would too if I didn't care what went in my dash and the ease of use.

As for the question about changing the discs, to me it is not a big issue. I travel about 3-4000 miles a month for work. I would say I use my navi more than most people and I don't really have any concerns with the discs.

Cool, thanks for the replies.  How about the price issue on the Alpine, and what the heck is touch-pulse?
