Before I had my Clifford RSX3.5 installed. The dome lights and lights on the side mirror would come when the key fob was used to unlock my truck. When I unlock the truck with the Clifford key fob the dome light is not activated. Is there some reason that the installer didn't activate the dome light when unlocking the truck with the Clifford key fob?

Did you tell him and pay him for this extra option? This is an extra option and does not work right out of the box on most alarms. This generally requires extra parts and labor, therefore extra price.

I dropped the truck off, I would have no problem paying extra for it. I assumed that everything would be the same. I should have asked, but didn't think to ask what would be different after the install. Thanks, I will set up an appointment to have it done.

Not a problem, its just that because an alarm has the capabilities to do something doesn't always mean that it will. Things like trunk pop, domelight supervision (this is what you were talking about), and other misc extras do require other parts (namely relays) to work.
