I've been messing with these things for a minute now and I think I blew one.  I connected it to the right wires, everything correct but It does nothing.  When I try to use the switch with the key on, nothing but the clicking.  I tested the switch side and get 12+, but the other side has nothing.  I switched the module out with my other one and it will vent with the remote, roll up and down with the switch but wont roll up when I arm the alarm.  I'm lost.  Any ideas?

So I fixed the window module (I'm sure the warranty is void now!) but I'm still having problems with the windows going upon arming the alarm.  If I ground the ground when armed wire from the window module the window goes right up.  If I tap into the alarms ground when armed I get nothing.  The alarm works fine, so I don't know what to do.  Any Ideas?

Check the alarm side, check for continuity between the "grounded when armed" wire and ground. I am starting to think that you have a bad ground because of the other problem you were having with the remote start. I would also double check all of your ground connections.
