along time ago i had an alarm (excalibur i belive) and i had an add on that would beep every few seconds while the alarm was armed....do you know what or where i can purcahse one? i have no clue where i got it or what it was called (this was like 12 years ago..lol)

you can run the red lead on a piezo to 12v.
take the black lead a tie it to the gropuned when armed output from the alarm(starter disable wire from alarm)

wouldn't that make it beep constantly? this one would make a very low beep every few seconds..you could hear it from a few feet away

depends on what kind of piezo that you buy....you can buy a pulsed one...
