Thats a pretty open ended question. I have an hcca 425 I run 4 12's off of and havent had a problem. What kinda tens, hows it wired, what kinda box, wheres the gain set, wheres the volume at when they blow? You answer all my questions and ill answer yours.

All the +'s to the + and all the -'s to the -? So all four in parallel? How many ohms are each sub? Single or dual voice coil? This is probably your problem, but all this info is needed. (Well maybe not - how low is this amp stable to - Anyone? ) Also you need to be very sure the gain is set properly! I wouldn't turn your stereo back on again untill you are sure you have solved this problem!
