Again, I suggest you do not buy seperate mid-bass and tweeter components if you don't have experience setting these up.  Get a component SET already matched with a crossover.  Are you talking about burned DVD's? It depends on what system was used to encode them.  Not all DVD-R's are compatible with all DVD players.

You mentioned there are better products then Audiobahn though.  Do you mean for component sets or would you recommend I get HU, screen and speakers elsewhere?  Yes, burned DVD's is what I am referring to and what would I look for that would tell me a HU would play a burned DVD?

I am not trying to trash Audiobahn.  I for one simply do not like them.  And yes, there are many better quality manufacturers out there for every piece in your system, including Alpine, Eclipse, Nakamichi and many others.  But if you like them and want to buy Audiobahn, then by all means go for it.

I am suggesting, if you read my earlier posts, that you do not purchase unmatched component speakers unless you are advanced enough to understand how to build your own crossovers and/or you understand how to set up a bi-amped system.  Your questions indicate this is something you do not yet understand.

Buy matched component sets with crossovers included.  Audiobahn makes these, and I posted a couple of model number suggestions for you earlier.

There are several DVD formats, such as DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW and others.  You need to make sure whatever player you get is compatible with whatever burner you use.
