Hey, I just bought a power window kit, and I have a question regarding connecting it to a 12v power source:

I want to power this kit in the easiest way possible. I was told that I could simply connect the power wire to an unused fuse in the under-dash fuse box. However, im confused as to how exactly to connect the wire-Do I just remove the fuse, plug in the wire where the fuse was, and then push the fuse back over top of it? If not, could someone please enlighten me on the easiest way to do this?

btw, this is the first time im wiring anything in my car, so please excuse my ignorance

Thanks!

Power windows are always fun. (hint of sarcasm) :)  what kind of car and I will tell you where and what color wire to tag for switched 12v. on most installs where a switched 12v is needed I go straight to a heavy gauge Acc. or Ign. wire in the Ignition harness, alltho in some cars in the Fuse box you can find a couple small plugins that except a standard female speaker crimp terminal. it will be labaled  Ign.
