Is it possible to have 4 of the 15" neon light tube wired to the dome lights in the car?
On each of my door thers a little dome light bulb
maybe tapping into the those wire on each of the door and wire the neon light to it.

My car alarm de-activation turns on the dome lights and leave them on until car door is closed or alarm is activated.
So this would look real nice. MWUAHAHAHAH thanks

Wire a relay from the wire that supplies the ground to dome light and have it supply power to the neon power whenever the domelight is on.

^^^ that's one way to do it I guess... but you lose your domelight.  The best way to do it is like Auex said and if you follow his directions you can keep both AND use the neons when the domelight isn't on.
