I just put the first layer of glass down and its been about an hour and 20min, and it is still wet. I had about 16-20oz of resin to use and i mixed that with 16 drops of the hardener. Did i use too little? How long does it take to harden usually?

give it about 2 hours to fully cure. If its liquidy wet, like slick style, you didn't add enough. If its just tacky its alright. If it is liquidy the only way to remotly fix this is to let it sit for like 3 to 5 days in a hot location, or take a hair dryer to it for about 1/2 an hour. Good luck.

most glasses that I have used require 9-13 drops per ounce of resin, so if you had 10 ounces, add 100 drops...sounds like you used too little.
