Hello all, I hope I can get some help with this.

I have the Clifford Matrix RS3.  I understand all of the directions for installation. Unfortunately the instructions don't seem to include a diagram for the 8618 starter kill relay. The relay is prewired into the main harness with an orange wire and then there are 3 other wires also connected to it: 1 Green, 1 Black, and 1 Yellow.  If anyone coudl tell me where these wire are supposed to connect I would greatly appreciate it. I believe that 1 goes to the starter, 1 into the ignition, and the 3rd i have no idea.

I am installing it into a 2002 ford focus.  This focus also has a factory alarm that I would like to use the RS3's option of disarming and rearming the factory alarm, but I have been unable to locate a wire diagram for a ford focus that includes the alarm wires. If anyone has that I would again greatly appreciate it.

Thanks.

OK, I found on this site the diagram for the relay. Now my problem is that I don't know which color wire on the relay matches up to what pin number. I have figured out that 85 is the orange wire, but after that I am not sure which colors are 86, 87, and 30.

Thanks for any help.

The yellow wire hooks up to ignition.  You cut the starter wire on your car and the green wire goes to the ignition switch side, and the black goes to the engine side.  Easy way to remember... engine is dirty... black wire is dirty... stupid but now i never forget.
