What year is the car? 2 door or 4 door? Are you changing all of the speakers or just 2 of them? And are you changing the front or the rear?
It's not that hard to do either.

It is a 4 door. The new speakers dont have a connector, just the spade(not spade, but look a little similar) style connectors. They came with a wire, spade style to bare wire, how do I attach the speakers to my factory wires. Thansk.
Also, how do I get the cover off the door, does it pop off?

For a few dollars you can purchase a speaker harness that will attach to your factory speaker harness. These harnesses have connectors and are the easiest way to connect an after market speaker. What year model is your Accord and what set of speakers are you replacing?

You can get them here.
But if you don't want to wait for them to be shipped, you can usually get the at your local Circuit City or Best Buy.

You'll have to take the door panel off.
I need quality equipment, feel free to donate.
