HELP! I need to get my stereo working cuz it recently just quit working. I can still tune stations, Just no sound! Anyone have any ideas of why it would stop working and what can I do to fix it??

could be a grounding speaker wire...with a multimeter-place one end to a ground source on the car, then unplug the radio and check for continuity on any of the speaker leads.  If you dont have a multimeter, you can cut the speaker wires one at a time until the sound comes back on.

It's a hint that the factory stereo has lived its long and fruitful life of 7 years and it's time to look into getting a new deck and speakers.

ps...and after you've followed the above suggestion and cut the wiring all up to pieces...you will need one!

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
