Hey sorry for the newbie question. I bought a remote door lock kit for my 94 safari van with the grand illusion of installing it myself.  Well I got all the wiring diagrams, the Haynes book etc, but I have no idea what the door control module looks like. I tried following the door wiring but one it goes into the door it disappears. Anyone have a astro or safari that can tell me what it looks like?

Your power lock wires are in your kick panel

lock - Lt. Blue

unlock - BLACK/ white

just look for these 2 wires and test them with a DMM and when you got the right wire you'll see 12v when you hit lock and the same for unlock.......these are (+) trigger locks.

yes I have the relay.. but I cant find the wires. I tried to follow it from the door but on the astro the wires go into the sidepanel and disappear. Do you have any idea where the door lock wired goto?

There are 2 lighj blue wires that goto different places.
