i have a headunit with a sub/rear rca out. the hu has lpf and level settings for the subwoofer/rear output if i set it to subwoofer mode. i was just wondering if the rear speaker outs will be affected by changes to these settings, or will only the rca out be affected.

It should only affect the rca output.
