I have a KAC-929 that is suppose to be able to put out 460 watts RMS x 1 @ 4ohms bridged. I would prefer to run one sub because I would like to keep the trunk space. I need something to be rated right around that so I can get the best performance.

Any ideas would be great. Thanks again.

Eclipse aluminum.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

Good choice, but one thing to consider is how much to do you want to spend. A much cheaper choice but still a bada$$ sub would be a Diamond Audio CM3 series. Another factor would be where are you going to purchase it. If locally then what do you have available to you??

That kenwood amp is probobly putting out around 400 watts on a good day so I would consider a different sub probobly. The diamond audio sub mentioned above sounds like a good choice. I think the JBL GTO 1220 might be a good sub to consider also.
