how to hook up my stereo equipment?

Hi I'm new at all this car stereo stuff, but I think i have most of the simple stuff. What I would like to know is how to hook up all of my equipment. What i have is 3 digital capacitors at 1 farad each, 2 1000watt  sony xplod amps, 2 12inch sony subs, a distribution block and a whole bunch of wire. can any one help?

Ok I should be more specific. i have 1 1000 watt amp hooked up along with my 3 digi caps. I have 2 subs running off of that amp, but i am going to add another 1000watt amp soon where should i place the digi caps and distribution block at in my wiring?

Place the disto block inbetween the caps and the amps, or between the caps and the battery, Power is non directional so It shouldnt really matter. Mabye I am wrong but Logic dictates that it doesnt matter much.

Thanks a lot! My other question is my amp seems to run with the power caps fine, but do I need the other wire that runs from the battery to the amp that has a fuse on it. This is the wire that would normally be used if you did not use power caps?
