is the amp going to be set at 4 ohms or 1 ohms?

each sub has 8 wire holes(4 positives and 4 negetives), so i couldnt wire them like the picture

Each set of holes is there to facilitate connected one sub to another sub.  Think of them as 4 double holes.  That allows you to get the speaker wire loaded in.  You won't use all the holes.  Use the diagram above, you will use the double holes on the speaker to the left...one pos wire will go out to the second sub, and another pos wire will go to the amp.  Same thing with the neg wires.  So you are only going to use two of the double holes.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

does it matter which negetive and positive hole i use?

but what about wiring the subs to the box. I have 2 holes on each side of the box for wires.

Use one set, and leave the other set unused.  Use whichever side will be closest to the amp.
