Ok  I've heard mixed stories about the supposed built-in starter kill in the 791xv.

Does it have one or not?

I know that there is a section in the remote start install, that says to cut the starter wire, but is this just for the anti-grind or will it actually work as a starter kill, if someone tries to start the car why the alarm is armed.

If there is a built-in starter kill, why do they include the orange (ground when armed) / starter kill wire?

Yes it doesn have one. Hook the one side of the starter wire to one side of the starter on the alarm, and the other to the other side.

I like to know this my self. But your answers are not very clear. ( no offense or anything).
If you just hook up the RS part to the starter wire, is this or is this not a starter kill?
If not, how do you hook a starter kill relay (orange wire) with along the RS part of the system.

If you use the heavy gauge GREEN and PURPLE for a starter interruption, you have a starter kill circuit one the alarm is armed.
If you are concernced with adding addl cutoffs
86 Ign
85 Orange
30 Hot side starter
87a Cold side starter
You can use this with anything that prevents the vehicle from starting though not always encouraged by some.
