Hi, I was wondering if anybody could help me decide which tweeters I should buy. I see some with huge crossovers wired next to them would those be ok, or should I go with just tweeters with no crossover?

Depends all on you. Depends on how picky you are about your music. If you are just looking for some more treble then you could get a set of tweeters for like 10-15 bucks and be set, but if you are going for all out SQ, then you are going to want to get those crossovers. Not only for the tweeters, but for everything else in your system.

ALL tweeters need a crossover or you will blow them.  Period.  You either need to cross them over with a passive system (probably like you see connected to the tweeter) or by running them off dedicated amplifier channels with a high-pass set for the tweeters (generally around 3500Hz) on or before the amp.
