Is it possible to split the 500ma negitive output  to work two or more units ? like one for starter kill, one for window roll-up module, one for pass lock II , or more if possible ?

Yes you can split the signal but the only draw back is that all accessories connected to this output will activate when you engage the AUX channel that it's attached to.
