I'm not that familiar with relays....I've heard that you have to put different wires to some plugs? Let me in on some info.....thanks

The wire diameter is based simply on the length / run the wire will have to travel from the relay to the device which needs to be controled or isolated, to complete the circuit.
And, the current demands the wire(s) must carry during normal operating times in the circuit.
You will see a reference / general guide as to what guage wire should be used for a given power and distance on this site.
